Writing currently on the walls outside the Borderline, London, two months after Darren Criss’ shows.
Let me tell you about the first one… When everyone arrived at the Borderline, ‘I like pie’ was already written on the wall with ‘I like sex’ added in underneath by someone else. I believe it was my lovely friends Beth and Lucy who wrote ‘I like Darren’ underneath that while they were in the queue.
Today when I went back, it had been added to. Someone had added ‘and Kurt’.
Another had added ‘I like scarves’ underneath to pay homage to Kurt Hummel.
And some wonderful little Starkid had put ‘of sexual preference’ at the bottom.
The rest of the pictures are all of writing on the walls of the yard outside the Borderline, which those of us who were there know only too well.
So to the people who put this on the wall: YOU ARE AWESOME.
